Refund & Returns

Sealed unopened devices: returnable within 30 days. Opened or used: not returnable. Defective-on-arrival: replaced at no charge.

30-Day Return Window (Sealed Unopened)

• Original retail box intact, anti-counterfeit panel unscratched.
• Outer shipping packaging condition does not affect return.
• Return authorization (RA) required before shipping back.

How to Request a Return

1. Email service@orionbarshop.com with subject "Return — Order #[your order number]".
2. We respond within one business day with the RA number and return address.
3. Ship via traceable carrier. Return shipping at customer cost unless DOA.
4. Refund processed within 3 business days of receipt to original payment method.

Defective on Arrival

If a device fails within 7 days of delivery — no vapor, broken screen on unboxing, leak from sealed box, or coil failure on first puffs — email us with the order number and photo/video. Defective devices typically don't need to be returned.

Not Returnable

• Opened devices (anti-counterfeit panel scratched / box seal broken).
• Used devices (any puff use).
• User-damaged devices.
• Devices past 30 days from delivery.

Refund Timing

Refunds processed to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
