Don't See Your Tracking?

Tracking numbers are issued within 24 hours of order placement. If you don't see tracking after 24 hours, check spam/promotions for our shipping confirmation email or email us with your order number.

Common Tracking States

• Label created, not shipped — Carrier hasn't picked up yet. Normal in the first 6 hours.
• In transit — Package en route. 1-3 business days for most US.
• Out for delivery — Carrier delivering today. Requires adult signature.
• Delivery attempted — No adult signature at the door. Carrier will reattempt or hold.
• Delivered — Package handed to recipient with adult-signature verification.
